Le nozze di Figaro opens at Gran Teatre del Liceu

This November, Mojca Erdmann returns to the role of Susanna in Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro at Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona. The production also features Gyula Orendt as Count Almaviva, Olga Mykytenko as Countess Almaviva, Kyle Ketelsen as Figaro, Maria Riccarda Wesseling as Marcellina, and Anna Bonitatibus and Gemma Coma-Alabert alternating the role of Cherubino.
Josep Pons leads the symphony orchestra and chorus of the Liceu Opera Barcelona in the Welsh National Opera and Gran Teatre del Liceu co-production, which opens on November 7. Enjoy Mojca’s performance as Figaro’s bride-to-be on November 7, 12, 14, 16, and 19.
